• 4:00-6:00 Monday -Thursday, 8:00am -10:00am Friday (all days encouraged but optional)

New Parent Mtg. Tuesday August 18 6:00 PM - 7:00 PM room 500 LAHS

We will having a quick parent meeting for those that are interested (mainly new parents but returning parents may also join) to go over all things camp and beginning of XC season.

Meet at 6:10pm right outside rom 500 at LAHS

Team Time Trial August 5,2026

• This is to make the XC team!!
• Location: Central Park in HB from 8-10am
• Time Trial make up date-August 11th and August 18th at 4:00 pm at the LAHS Track

Big Bear Optional team camp July 28-Aug. 2nd

School Begins August 13th. 

Griffin Beast Games/ Family breakfast social August 22nd 2026 

• Will be held at Central Park, HB 8-10 am
• Boosters will hold a breakfast immediately after. More info out soon.

Pasta Parties-are held Fridays evenings the night before a meet at a runners home 

• We will send out the location each week in the newsletter.
• A Link to the Pasta Parties & Griffin Village sign ups will be sent out each Monday night. 
• Room 500 at LAHS immediately after practice
• Pizza will be served

League Finals- Sat., October 31st, 2026

• Race schedule: G. Varsity, B. Varsity, G. FS , B. FS, Girls JV, B. JV 
• League Finals Family Picnic immediately following the race and awards ceremony. More info will come out soon.

Physical Form

• Turn the physical form into the athletic office to allow athletes to participate in a school sport no later than  August 14.

Athletic Clearance Instructions

• Need to do online clearance at WWW.athleticclearance.com in order for your athlete to be allowed to participate in a sport.

Driver Registration Form

• Fill out this form to be able to drive athletes to or from events.

Alternate Transportation Form

• To allow your athlete to ride with other registered drivers please fill out this form.

6th Period Release Form

• To allow your athlete to leave early complete the link by August 15th.
