July 6th Summer Camp begins
August 5: TRY OUTS / Time Trials Central Park 8 am email coach Celestin at runnersworkshop@mac.com for information and the exact location at the park for time trial to make the team
August 18th and 25th: Time Trials Make Up (max 2), 3:30 pm at LAHS track
August 22: Beast Games - Central Park 8 AM
August 29 Par Fitness - Var/JV training group as room allows / pancake breakfast to follow (girls only)
